*In Stock: Once your order confirmation is complete, we will begin shipping within the next 2 business days. This means that your item will start shipping on the 3rd business day after your order is confirmed.
*Pre Sale: Please refer to the product page for detailed pre-order shipping times.
*Out Of Stock: This means there is no stock in recently half a month.
*Shipped from UK warehouse, it takes approximately 5-7 working days to receive your e-bike. (Remote areas and islands are excluded from delivery.)
*If you have other special requirements or urgent delivery date, please communicate with our customer service team when placing your order, we will try our best to meet your needs.

If your order is shipped by BJS carrier, the delivery person will contact the recipient twice by phone to reserve a delivery time.
Change the delivery time for free(Please call the BJS carrier at 01922 645 650):
You must change the new delivery time 1 day before the reserved delivery time. (For example, if you reserved a delivery at 1 pm today, you must reserve a new delivery time before 1 pm yesterday).
You have to bear the re-delivery cost:
Under the premise that the delivery time has been agreed upon with you if the delivery person arrives at the delivery address and no one receives the goods, the goods will be returned to the warehouse. You need to pay the re-delivery cost. To avoid the cost of re-delivery, you can call the delivery person and ask your family or neighbors to sign for the package if you are inconvenient to sign the package at that time.
If you change the delivery time between 24 hours from the agreed delivery time, the re-delivery cost will be incurred. (For example, if you reserved a delivery at 1 pm today, your reserve request was made after 1 pm yesterday).
Please note: The express delivery company cannot be specified. We will arrange the most suitable express delivery for your delivery address.
