Different Sizes for Different Applications

We recommend the Duo Ball 12cm for taller people with wider backs whereas the Duo Ball 8cm would suit smaller people.

We feel the 12cm is really effective for treatment in the slightly wider lower back area and the 8cm version suits very nice in between the shoulder blades and neck regions, for a great effect in the upper back area. The decision which one to choose comes however mostly down to personal preference.
